We are not Real Estate Agents.

Our business nitch is to offer real estate at affordable prices, thus providing opportunities for our customers to secure their financial futures through owning real estate.
Since the company owns all the properties that we sell, we are able to sell the property with or without the services of a broker/agent. Our customers have found this to be of great benefit. It allows them to purchase the property at their comfort level.
