We do recommended that you, the client, do the same prior to purchasing your parcel so that you become knowledgeable thereof. All properties are sold with the previous year property taxes paid current. The Buyer will assume the current year property taxes. (ie: property taxes are paid current through 2009. The Buyer will assume the responsibly to pay the property taxes for 2010.)
